We loved our two weeks in the apartment. The grounds are spacious, and we swam in the pool morning, noon and night. The hosts are a wonderful couple, so friendly and kind. We enjoyed walks through the local sunflower fields, and there are outdoor exercise machines in the village across the road that we used on our morning walks. There are plenty of great seafood restaurants within a 20-minute drive, and La Rochelle is just down the road. Marans has riverside restaurants and bars, and we thought they were all great. People were friendly and polite everywhere, with passers-by wishing us bon appétit and even young children cycling past saying Bonjour. We strongly recommend le troir cedres. For groceries, we found a fantastic supermarket in Marans over the bridge, so don't bother with the local Aldi.

We were travelling through the region with the children and had a wonderful welcome from the friendly, helpful owners. The room was comfortable and spacious, the pool was fantastic, and there was a play area for the kids. Breakfast was perfect too. It's well placed for La Rochelle and the marshes, and seems ideal for families or groups of friends. An address to remember. We'll definitely come back!

We were welcomed so kindly by the owners. The room was lovely, tastefully decorated, and had excellent bedding. The property also has a beautiful park, and breakfast was very good. It's conveniently situated, about 3 km from the dual carriageway to La Rochelle and Île de Ré.

Breakfast was generous and brought to our room. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, always taking good care of us. We had a spacious room with a kettle and coffee maker, a wonderful bed and access to a roomy garden. Thanks for the stay, we'll gladly come back.

The owners really made this place special. They were lovely, warm and friendly, always happy to share useful tips and help make the stay memorable. We also appreciated the quiet, the large grounds and the comfortable bedding. Breakfast was a treat, generous and fresh, with delicious local products, and the kitchen was practical and fully equipped. The pool was perfect, and the setting was beautiful and spacious. Everything made for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We'd recommend it without hesitation and can't wait to return!
