A very clean, excellent apartment, just a three-minute walk from the D line tram stop. I’d recommend it.

Booking.com tried to step in, but says it can’t make the host do anything. It’s a horrible situation, and I still feel the effects of what happened. I don’t have room here to explain it all. The apartment is managed by LOCA33, and dealing with the host made this a nightmare. I feel completely unprotected, so I’ll keep pursuing my complaint with the European Union consumer protection agency. If you’re staying in Bordeaux, be very careful about booking an apartment managed by LOCA33.
