Best Western 11BAUER Paris Saint-Ouen

The €150 deposit at check-in caught me by surprise, though it was returned the following day without any trouble. The room was clean and well looked after, and I enjoyed the breakfast too. I had a really good stay and would come back.

The breakfast wasn't extensive, but the food itself was good. The coffee could be better. The hotel is simple rather than fancy, though it was well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were helpful, courteous, and professional throughout. It's a small hotel just steps from the Mairie de Saint-Ouen station on Metro Line 13. Check-in went smoothly, and the woman at the front desk greeted us warmly. Our room was spotless, and the bed made for a very restful night.

Jihane at reception was so sweet and kind. The hotel was nice, the staff were very kind, and the metro station wasn't far away.

The beds were roomy and really comfortable. The hotel feels new and was spotless, though the rooms are fairly basic. Ours had what we needed, including body wash, a hairdryer, a little kettle, and tea. There's a supermarket nearby and a few places to eat, Burger King included. It's a bit away from the center, about 20 minutes to most sights, but transport is good, with two metro lines and buses going where you'd need. Good value for the money.
