It's handy for the antique and flea markets in Saint Ouen, and when we arrived early they let us leave our luggage until check-in. The place isn't luxurious, but it did what we needed. Hotel Cocoon was clean and comfortable, with a really comfy bed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The downside is the nearby major highway. You can hear honking all the time. Parisians love their horns.

We appreciated being able to leave our bags before check-in. Breakfast was fine, though having at least one cold cut option would have been nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and I'd consider staying again since it felt like good value. The hotel sits conveniently between the city center and the airport, so getting around was easy. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but we felt safe enough walking around.

We paid 378 euros for 3 nights with breakfast. The hotel itself is brand new, clean, and modern, with very nice, helpful staff. Our room was small, but we only needed it for sleeping and washing. Breakfast was continental, with pastries, some cheese, and cereal. The metro station is a convenient seven-minute walk away for trips into central Paris. The area made me uncomfortable. I wouldn't suggest this place for women traveling alone or younger girls. I was there with my husband and daughter and still didn't feel very comfortable walking back to the hotel late in the evening. I wouldn't return because of the neighborhood, even though the hotel is perfect.

I had a lovely chat with Aghiles and Leilane. Everyone was so friendly and nice, and the customer service was the best I've ever had!
