We had a great BBQ beside the pool, and enjoyed the gardens and pool too. It’s a lovely little hotel with a beautiful room and amazing service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble.

The Riverview room was very, very nice, and breakfast was top-notch. We picked the moulin for its location when we came to Brive with friends to watch our son's race in the European Rowing Championship. The hospitality was lovely, and both the location and rooms were amazing. Our stay went beyond what we expected, and we’d have stayed longer if we’d had the time.

The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, and the scenery was gorgeous. We arrived at Moulin Bleu at around 9pm after the long drive from London. I was concerned it might be too late for the pool, but our hosts asked my four excited kids if they were ready to swim, which immediately put me at ease. Our rooms were beautiful and extremely spacious, and breakfast was vast. This was just a stopover on the way to the Pyreenees, but the children are already asking when we can return to this wonderful hotel!

We slept very comfortably and soundly in the spacious room/apartment. The place is charming and peaceful, right by the river in what used to be an old mill, and the service was attentive. We spent one night with breakfast included. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely come back. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend it.
