The room was really well arranged and the bedding very comfortable. Stéphane and Claire gave us a royal welcome and looked after us so well during our weekend around Lake Saint-Pardoux. Their homemade meals were delicious and generous, and breakfast was just as good. It’s a peaceful place that we’d happily recommend, and we’ll definitely return.

We loved this beautiful spot, tucked away in nature and so peaceful. The rooms are practical and had everything we needed. Breakfast is optional, but definitely worth having: simple, incredibly tasty, and thoughtfully prepared by the hosts. They gave us a really warm welcome. There were dogs around, but they were very quiet, and it was lovely to see chickens and a goat too. We were only passing through and had to leave, otherwise we’d have stayed another night and explored the area. We’ll remember this place for our next visit!

Claire and Patrick are the picture of simplicity and kindness. We couldn’t stay in the gypsy caravan, so we took the guest room instead, and it was perfect for a stop on our holiday road trip. The kids loved it, and so did we. Make sure to join the communal dinner. Everything is homemade and delicious. We’ll definitely come back!

The caravan was simply magnificent, with perfect finishes and spotless cleanliness. The owners were very welcoming and interesting, and the nearby lake with its beaches and coves is superb. There are also lots of trails all around. We spent two nights here with our three young children, and it was a wonderful discovery before heading back to Belgium.
