The people I met who came for spa treatments had been returning year after year for a long time. I can see why: during my three weeks here, I got a warm welcome and really appreciated Myriam’s energy leading the activities. The residence is right by Lake Chritus in Saint-Paul-les-Dax. It was a lovely stay, and sadly it’ll be my first and last, since the residence will be closed to spa guests and holidaymakers from next year.

Just 300 meters from the Christus thermal baths, and the atmosphere is great. I’ve been coming every year for the past nine years, and the service has always been excellent. Such a welcoming residence. Highly recommend it.

This is my fourth year here, and I’ve loved how clean and nice it is, with everything right next door. I’ve just found out it’ll be my last, though. The owner has decided to rent the place out year-round. Such a shame, but it’s his choice.

It was a very pleasant place, but it seems to have no future now. With Covid, the shareholders are obviously only thinking about their own money, and the residence is turning into apartments for students or retirees. Very poorly managed.

We’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and Myriam has been fantastic. We’ll miss the place. It’s a real shame the new owner plans to rent the apartments all year, and the new management is regrettable. What a shame.
