We found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, storing food, and eating. The living room had a pool table, and the kids had a blast playing while we made the meal. After some time to relax, we took a walk through the old town at sunset as the air cooled down. Our family visited Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux in August 2024 and was lucky to stay overnight in this beautiful two-story apartment. Everything was tidy and clean, with fresh towels and linens waiting for us after the journey.

The apartment worked perfectly for our group of friends. It’s spacious, very clean, and well equipped, and the location is great for exploring the region. We had a wonderful stay in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux and highly recommend it.

After I left a comment about the misleading photos and the fact that it was impossible to cook anything on the stovetop, I was surprised to get an email saying €100 had been charged to my card for supposedly false statements. I hadn’t asked for a refund, despite the high price. I made the booking on May 10, 2024, under Booking.com’s stated requirement that the security deposit be paid by credit card and valid for a maximum of 14 days. I received no response within those 14 days. This charge came almost four months after booking, which is simply outrageous. Be warned, they keep bank details for over five years and can charge your card for a negative review even when there’s no damage to the property.

Everything was clean, pleasant, thoughtfully designed, and functional. It felt like the traveler’s comfort had been considered. The village is lovely and the region is beautiful in so many ways. A welcoming place. Thank you.
