I rented this apartment on April 4, 2019, and wouldn't recommend it unless you're okay with a septic tank smell. The jacuzzi had a wet-dog odor, and the staircase felt very dangerous for children, with no safety features. It was so hot that we had to keep the living room door shut. Billikers agency gave us no welcome at all. They charged over 80 euros for cleaning, yet the apartment was truly disgusting.
The rental agent welcomed us very well, but after that the stay was deeply disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it for a pleasant family break. When the jacuzzi wasn't working properly, the owner, who lives in the same building, came to deal with it. He was angry and unpleasant, as though we were to blame. We ended up waiting all day for the jacuzzi to get warm enough. He said it was normal for it to take so long, but I don't think so. On Saturday night we had guests. After midnight, the owner came storming over and banging on our door, complaining that the children were too noisy and that we'd been bothering him since we arrived. He threatened us. We expected privacy, but instead felt watched all day. That man seemed completely out of his mind.
