Boucan Canot

Room 103 was peaceful, with a lovely partial ocean view, and we were so glad we chose it. We spent 12 nights here for our honeymoon and couldn’t come up with a single complaint. It really felt like home. The heated pool was a treat, and there’s a gate from the hotel straight onto beautiful Boucan Canot beach. The hotel sits right by the ocean, so getting to the shore was easy. Our room was spotless each day, thanks to the cleaning team. Anaïs, Lisa, and Naya deserve a special mention. Their service was exceptional and they were a real highlight of our stay. We recommend booking a parking space at the hotel. It’s secure, and finding a spot on the street can be hard. Thanks for making our honeymoon unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The staff were kind and professional, and the outdoor area was comfortable, with a fantastic view. We spent four nights here at the end of our trip in a Senior Suite with a lagoon view. The view itself wasn’t very appealing because of an old hotel ruin, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Our room was spacious, but the terrace felt small. It was fairly clean, but the rooms could use some renovation. There weren’t many power outlets, and the sofa and chairs showed a lot of wear. Breakfast was decent quality but the selection was limited. Service at the pool bar depended on who was working, and the team could be better organized there. I’d still recommend this hotel. I think it’s the best option in the area.

Very clean hotel, and the staff were so friendly. Eva deserves a special thank you, she’s a lovely person and really competent. The restaurant was very good too.
