We had a lovely family stay and no complaints at the time. Then, a week later, we got a call saying some things were missing from the rooms, including spoons and an ashtray. We don't even smoke! They hadn't done a checkout inspection, which their manager was supposed to request, and other families had stayed there after us. Still, they called us a week later. Future guests should ask for a checkout inspection before they leave, so they don't end up being called thieves despite having been honest with the hotel the whole time. Honestly, it was such a letdown. We're done with this hotel.

A pleasant little place for a night or two when you want to get away and unwind. The apartment is well appointed, and for the price it's a decent little apartment hotel, nothing fancy. There are a bakery and grocery store nearby.

We got a warm welcome, and the location was very good. I took off a star because the air conditioning didn't quite handle the apartment, and the upstairs beds weren't comfortable enough. Those need work. A 160 cm bed downstairs would be best.

The owner is very cold, and although they offer a family duplex, they don't tolerate children making noise. I strongly wouldn't recommend it to families. It's a shame, since this residence has always been a convivial place, with a furnished terrace for outdoor meals and the wood-fired cooking typical of the Réunionnais way of life.

The manager gave us a warm welcome during our one-night stay in a duplex. We could walk everywhere, with restaurants nearby and the lagoon just 200 meters away. The apartment also had a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining terrace, and a small pool to relax by. We'd highly recommend it.
