La Villa De La Plage

For swimming on Reunion, the location is hard to beat. The B&B is right on the beach, with free stand-up paddles and kayaks, plus loungers. The rooms are spotless, parking on site is easy, and Delphine is helpful, friendly, and generous. It was the best stay of our vacation on Reunion. Breakfast works like this: choose your style the day before, healthy, sweet, savory, and so on, and a basket with food, drinks, dishes, and cutlery will be left outside your door. You can eat inside or take it to the beach. There's also a tree house with an amazing ocean view where you can have breakfast. An easy five stars. Shame I can't give six!

We felt completely at home here and would love to return to this little paradise. Delphine was kind and helpful, bringing a breakfast basket to our terrace around 8 each morning. We picked what we wanted from a menu in advance, then found a nice spot in the garden to eat. Our favorite was the tree terrace overlooking the sea. The room sat in a spacious garden, and there was direct beach access. There were two stand-up paddles, two kayaks, and snorkeling gear available to use for free. Paddling across the lagoon on a SUP was wonderful. We also tried the option of having a meal cooked on site. Arthur, the son of the house, made a fantastic dish with local ingredients and creative touches. The massages were very relaxing too, and laundry service was available for a small fee. We had a great time and would gladly come back or recommend it to family and friends. The host was super nice, and the breakfast was the best we've had in a guest house in a long time. The house and rooms are beautiful, with lots of attention to detail. There are books to read and plenty of water and beach gear you can use for free.

A calm, really nice place. The owners were kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. Getting to the beach is easy, and we were happy with our stay 😊
