The location at the top of a 'col' is amazing, and the accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. We could also use the living room, where there were various teas and coffee available. Breakfast was delicious, and the value for money was excellent.

A great location, and the hosts welcome you with smiles and care. They speak English fluently, which makes this highly recommended for international guests. We'll be back :)

The spa was a lovely extra for unwinding after a hike, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. My sweetheart and I stayed at Les Ateliers du Cucheron for a few days, and it was a lovely romantic getaway. Laure and Jérôme welcomed us warmly. Our room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a small sitting area and private bathroom. It was very quiet despite the nearby road, and the location made it easy to explore the Chartreuse mountains.

Only 30 minutes from home, but somehow it felt like we'd really gotten away. Jerome and Laure were so welcoming, helpful, pleasant, and attentive that I couldn't begin to list all the words for their hospitality. We relaxed in the Nordic bath with fresh snow all around and a magnificent moon overhead, enjoying a glass of local wine. Dinner was a generous, delicious croziflette with local cheeses and excellent Diot sausage, shared with the other guests. Such a lovely experience. And the gîte is right at the top of the ski lift, so they offer the first ski run free 😉 Hope to see you again!

By chance, and at the very last minute, we ended up at Les Ateliers du Cucheron for New Year's Eve. What a wonderful discovery. The place is magnificent, and the room felt like a little haven, but most of all we want to thank the hosts. They're two incredibly kind people with hearts of gold. Thanks to them, we had a lovely New Year's Eve. We're grateful and hope to see you again soon. Laurent and Laetitia
