Breakfast was excellent, with sweet and savory choices made from local, organic, homemade products. The accommodation has been renovated with real taste, and it's a must-see place on the island. The owner is kind, welcoming, and friendly, and Vanina was flexible about her guests' schedules.

The room was gorgeous and decorated beautifully, and the service was extraordinary. Vanina is attentive and always smiling, a real bundle of love who thinks of everything. She made the stay feel special, and breakfast was a treat. It was peaceful and lovely. We won't forget it, and plan to return. Thanks, Vanina, for such a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it.

After a day of exploring, the leafy courtyard and lovely pool were a delight. Vanina also has suggestions for places to see, restaurants, and other outings. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, imaginative, and excellent. The estate is beautifully restored, peaceful, and very well situated on the Île d'Oléron, with old stone alongside modern amenities.

It's hard to leave this estate and its lovely hosts. Vanina and Jean André made us feel exceptionally welcome during our ten wonderful days, with charm, intelligence, culture, and humor. The grounds are a peaceful dream, thoughtfully laid out and cared for, full of trees, plants, flowers, shrubs, and lawns, right in the island's heart. We could get around on foot or by bike, and there was parking too. Our room was spacious and bright, with excellent bedding, in this beautifully restored property. Each morning Vanina prepared a generous, varied brunch that felt like a palace treat, and she was an exceptional host, sharing information and advice about activities and outings.
