We stayed two nights in a twin room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and even with a window facing the station it was quieter than I expected. The staff were friendly and kept our luggage on the last day, which meant we didn't have to leave it in the car. The hotel is handy for TGV Sainte-Pierre-des-Corps and the rental car agencies, though restaurants and grocery stores aren't close by. We had a car, so we picked up food on the way back from visiting the chateaux. I emailed after booking to ask about parking, and they reserved a spot in the small gated lot for 10 euros per day. You buzz to get in, and they check your name on the list, so there's no need to give them your rental plate number or leave a permit in the car.

The hotel isn't central, but there are two buses to Tours across the street, and you can take the train too. I bought a 24-hour bus ticket. The staff were great, and breakfast was good. A nice place to stay, I'd recommend it.

The internet didn't work, and we were charged for a breakfast nobody had. Every interaction with the employees felt rude. They offered no flexibility and pressured us to pay at checkout in advance.

Nice hotel, and the staff were really friendly, especially the bartenders 👍🏻

The breakfast was good, and as a place to sleep the hotel was OK. But getting there by car was difficult, and there's nothing of interest within walking distance. The restaurant food was dreadful, an insult to French cooking and to cuisine in general. In sixty years, including 24 years in the Armee, I'd never been served chicken that rubbery.
