The place is incredibly quiet and clean, with an immaculate pool at a perfectly cool temperature. The birds, waves, whales, and gorgeous flowers make it such a special place to stay. It looked even more beautiful in person than in the website photos. Everyone at the hotel was friendly, helpful, polite, and professional, and the service was excellent. I'd highly recommend this little gem in Réunion.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was nice, and the restaurant served good food. The outdoor area is beautifully designed, and the location is lovely. But our stay wasn't enjoyable because the service fell far below what we expected. The hotel is miles from the nearest shop or supermarket, and no one would sell us bottled water, so the only option was a daily walk to the next petrol station. When we asked for a taxi, no one would call one, especially difficult since we don't speak French. We were handed a driver's number, but the driver didn't speak any English. Arriving 15 minutes late for breakfast got us treated like criminals. In nearly a week, I don't think I saw a single staff member smile. The staff felt cold, and we didn't feel welcome. It's a pity, because the hotel has a lot of potential.

The peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings made our three days and two nights at Hotel Le Victoria really memorable. The owners and staff were so welcoming and took care of everything we needed. It’s also a great base for exploring the south and east of the island. I’d recommend staying here, just leave enough time to enjoy the hotel and its setting.

We had a great one-night stay at hotel Victoria. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable, the bathroom pretty, and the WiFi strong. Breakfast was gorgeous, and the pool was really nice too.

The staff were welcoming, but I can’t recommend this place. The rooms felt like basements, with no view and old furniture, and breakfast was poor.
