It’s a lively place at night, with decorative lights on the walls and trees all around. The place is clean, safe, and very well maintained, with daily cleaning, and there’s a shared kitchen. The staff were nice, and we had no trouble with hot water or getting help when we needed it. The location is good, with pubs within a three-minute walk and the beach about five minutes away. The yacht area is also just five minutes away, and the bus station is a ten-minute walk. All the facilities you need are close by, and the air travel company is right across from the hotel. Great value and highly recommended in St Pierre.

Cheap and reasonably clean, but the rooms are really worn out and feel like they’re from the 70s. It’s right in the centre of St Pierre, close to the promenade.

We paid for our entire stay through Booking.com before arriving, and the money had already been taken from my bank account. But at check-in, the receptionist demanded that we pay a second time, supposedly because of an issue between the hotel and Booking. We calmly explained what had happened and asked to speak to the manager. We were met with contempt and aggression simply because we wouldn’t pay again for a room that was already paid for. The manager was arrogant and disrespectful, and seemed completely unsuited to running a hotel, treating guests with unacceptable contempt. The place was also plainly unhygienic and dirty, unfit to welcome guests. I’ll spare the details. From beginning to end, it was a disastrous experience. Better to spend 30 € more and stay somewhere else than deal with that level of disrespect and unprofessionalism.
