Zoiseaux Paradis

Zoiseaux Paradis really lives up to its name: we could hear birds at all hours, with views of the sea, sugarcane fields and mountains behind the house. From the garden, you can even see the entrance to Cilaos. We had a wonderful stay. The three of us stayed for two nights with breakfast included. It was generous, with garden fruit and fresh guava and mango juice. The hosts were very welcoming and available whenever we needed anything.

A little outside the city, the place has a lovely view and a beautiful park with fruit trees. Charming, friendly people welcomed us, and breakfast was generous, served on a large terrace overlooking either the pool or the sea. I highly recommend it.

The place was much larger than we expected, with lovely rooms and a small balcony in each. There’s a sea view on one side and mountains on the other, all amid beautiful, well-kept natural surroundings. Breakfast was generous, and we also had dinner there, which was excellent and plentiful. The pool was fantastic, too. We wished we could’ve stayed longer. The only small downside was that the bed felt a little hard to us; otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We stayed with a 14-year-old and a two-and-a-half-year-old, and the accommodation worked well for children. It’s simple and cozy, set in greenery, with a peaceful atmosphere that’s great for relaxing. Shops and a Hyper U supermarket are close by, and I’d recommend the takeaway meals at Maxou's. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming.
