For about 30 years, we've passed through Roscoff now and then and never gone farther than le clerc for fuel and wine. Turns out Saint-Pol-de-Léon was right there, hidden in plain sight! Le Cheval Blanc is a gem: a warm welcome, safe parking, clean rooms, and a simple breakfast at a good price.

We've stayed at Hotel du Cheval Blanc several times while travelling to and from the ferry, and it's a brilliant place to stop. Sam and his wife Sonia are always welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything you might need. Breakfast is continental, with a wide choice of breads, croissants, cereals, fruit, and jams. It's very convenient for the Roscoff ferry, and Pol de Leon is a pretty place with lovely beaches. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff were so, so friendly and made us feel very welcome. I had a wonderful time here, and the room was nice and just right for what we needed. Breakfast was delicious too. :) 👍🏻

We stayed just one night before catching an early ferry home. The hotel was very comfortable, and parking was available. We had to leave too early to comment on breakfast, but I'd certainly stay again in future.

The staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean and pleasant. It's close to shops and restaurants, with a car park at the rear, and only about 10 minutes from the Roscoff ferry. I'd visit again.
