The next morning, a different receptionist gave me a copy of the invoice without any problem. But the previous day's treatment has stuck with me. When I arrived, the receptionist wouldn't provide a copy of my room payment invoice. I explained that I needed it, and he got heated, said he had nothing more to say, and told me I was bothering him before walking away. With service like that, I won't use your hotels again.
4/10
The staff are kind, but the hotel's service is basically nonexistent. There's only one iron for the whole place, and breakfast is lacking, though the fruit juice is good. Restaurant choices nearby are limited too. At best, I'd call this a two-star hotel.
8/10
Our flight was cancelled and easyjet put us up here. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and extremely clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, the little kitchenette was useful, and the shower got nice and hot. It was also easy to control the room temperature. Staff went out of their way to help, and breakfast was simple but good. There's a secured car park and a tram stop right outside. We took a taxi to the airport, which cost 36 euros.
10/10
Getting into Lyon centre was easy from the tram stop about a hundred metres away, though the ride took around 45 minutes. The staff were very helpful, and the whole place was clean. Internet worked well, but I had to log in again each time I wanted to use it.
10/10
There's a tram stop less than a minute away, which was handy. I stayed one night and found the room clean, big, and well equipped. The TV has Beinsport. The bathroom is spacious, though the shower jet wasn't very good. Breakfast was really good and filling, with pastries, bread, brioche, waffles, apples, yogurt, and more. They served us 38 minutes earlier than we had requested.
