The rooms were clean and the beds were nice. Breakfast was great value too, and for the price it's a convenient place to get a good night's sleep.

The room was set to 22 Celsius before we arrived, which really helped in the hot weather, and it was clean with the toilet done perfectly. There's a really big parking lot as well. The young woman with black hair and a nose piercing at reception was pleasant and professional. She didn't speak English very well, but did her best to communicate in a foreign language and explain everything with a smile. The blonde woman on reception in the morning was also really nice. They both made a real impression as professionals. 10/10.

It's a budget IBIS, so the rooms are basic, but they were clean. The location works well for practical needs, about 15 minutes by car from Lyon airport and across from a large supermarket. What stood out was the receptionist, a really warm, friendly, helpful lady who greeted us like old friends and helped book a nearby restaurant. Give that woman a huge bonus.
