The breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with tasty meats, cheese, bread, pastries, fruit, and fresh juice. We stopped at the Saint-Quentin Ibis Styles on the way down to the Alps, and it turned out to be a really restful break. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the quiet room, comfortable bed, and good bedding made for a great night's sleep. Great value, too.

The breakfast was very good, and the room was comfortable, though compact. Staff were friendly and spoke English, and reception was open around the clock. It was quiet on Friday night, at least. St Quentin is on my list for another trip to the Alps, and the town looks worth exploring for a day, too.

We ended up staying an extra night on the way back to England because of Eurotunnel delays and cancellations, and booked the hotel in person. It’s close to the A26 exit for St Quentin, with a large shopping centre nearby and a Buffalo Grill within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were comfortable.

My early breakfast request was handled perfectly by the friendly team. The hotel was spotless, beautiful, and welcoming, and I had a great short stay. Laura, the night receptionist, deserves a special mention. Even at 4 a.m. she was smiling, funny, and caring, and made me feel at ease straight away. Her cool sweatshirt was a bonus. Lovely girl! Thanks for the kindness and professionalism. 5 stars!
