SPA CENTER Saint-Quentin

I found this hotel in a hurry while riding back through France early because of the heatwave. I usually pay more, but this was the best room of my trip: clean, roomy, air-conditioned, with a kettle and great service. It’s right in town, and I could park just outside the door. The staff really seemed to care about doing a good job, and they did. Highly recommend.

The staff were welcoming, kind, and efficient, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The heating worked well but was noisy. I thought the room could use two more armchairs. There was a massage chair, but still... The shower had no water pressure, and there was no shampoo or shower gel. I do recommend it.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and clean, with the spa right inside. Everyone was so friendly, including Bounty. We got a warm welcome, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We highly recommend staying here.

We got there after booking more than a month ahead, and nobody was there. I tried calling several times without an answer, then contacted Booking.com’s emergency number. They couldn’t reach the owner either. About an hour later, our booking was suddenly cancelled. I wouldn’t recommend going there. You can also rent the room for three hours, so it seems to be used for other practices as well.
