Clarisse took great care of us during our lovely stay at Cottage des Sablons. The welcome was warm and friendly, the cottage was very clean and well equipped, and it’s only 10 minutes from Beauval Zoo. We’ll definitely come back, and I highly recommend it.

A calm, lovely cottage for anyone who likes nature. The welcome felt warm but discreet, with thoughtful little touches that made the stay especially nice. Pets are allowed, can stay in the cottage while you’re out visiting, and the property is fenced. The bedding was comfortable, though the stairs to the adjoining bedrooms are a bit steep. Beauval Zoo and several castles are close by. A place I’ll remember.

We could leave our Jack Russell at the cottage for the day while we went to Beauval Zoo. It’s a superb, quiet place nearby, and we got a really warm welcome. Special mention for the homemade spread 😉 Justine, mind your head upstairs if you’re tall ⚠️

The rooms are beautiful, and the whole place is so peaceful. The setting is magnificent, decorated and furnished with real taste, and the welcome and atmosphere were a lovely surprise. Breakfast was fit for royalty and gave us the energy to tackle the castles ;-). I highly recommend it.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bedding in this peaceful cottage, which is ideally located for Beauval Zoo. The host was welcoming and caring, and it’s a great place for children.
