There were plenty of chances to go for walks, and the room window looked out toward the nearby hills and viaduct. We found the welcome and comfort superb, and the breakfasts were excellent, with a wide choice of jams. It was a fantastic experience.

Marie-Claude took excellent care of us and made us feel very welcome. The viaduct shelter is a superb place for a pleasant stop. Having a delicious breakfast in the shade of the magnificent railway structure, now a cycle path, was a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Breakfast in the garden was delicious, with lovely products, and I was even given fresh figs. Marie Claude welcomed us so kindly and generously. Our room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. I highly recommend it!

Upstairs rooms have air conditioning, and there’s a perfect library for reading, discovering the region, or just relaxing. Restaurants are nearby, and the place sits at the foot of Sancerre. It’s a fantastic bed and breakfast, with a generous, delicious breakfast served by a hostess who knows the area well.

Marie Claude gave us a very warm welcome and was really helpful. L'Abri du Viaduc was a wonderful place to stay during our cycling trip, and we could properly relax in its superb setting. Don’t hesitate for a second.
