We only came for dinner, not to stay at the hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The food and service were top notch, and the distinctive decor made the evening even better. It felt like Michelin-star dining, but the prices don’t match the quality, which is incredible. The wine list has plenty for different tastes and budgets. The menu also stands apart from the usual Perigord fare. If you’re anywhere nearby, you have to try it. Just great!

From the chef’s greeting onwards, everything was fabulous. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the service was superb. The food was excellent in every way, from its presentation and taste to the ingredients. There was an extensive wine list too.

La cheffe and her husband cook food and wine of star quality. The people were very friendly and hospitable, and the rooms and facilities were comfortable and luxurious. Definitely worth a visit. I hope to come back soon.

We had a great evening and really appreciated the thoughtful service. The place was cozy, neat and decorated with lots of care. It’s unusual to see Foie gras offered as an entrée, even on the children’s menu, and it was delicious. Such a pity we couldn’t stay longer, since it was the last day of our holiday.

A lovely spot for a weekend getaway, with a very cute hotel and amazingly friendly staff. The restaurant is a must.
