There's a lot of charm and peace here. The very warm welcome makes Maison des Tortues feel like a real guesthouse, rather than another place run by a digital platform.

The garden, terrace, barbecue, and parking right out front were pleasant features. The accommodation itself was adequate, but it wasn't clean enough and didn't meet the expected standard. The welcome was okay, and the stay was decent overall. At a reasonable price, I have no regrets.

We spent two nights in a clean, peaceful cottage with my daughter and mother. Odile was welcoming, easy to reach, and attentive to our comfort while respecting our privacy. I highly recommend staying here.

The cottage was comfortable and practical, and we never had trouble finding parking. Its setting is quiet yet convenient, near the station and bus stop. Odile was pleasant and welcoming, always attentive to what we needed, and gave us great tips on places to visit. We had a very pleasant stay at La Maison des Tortues. Highly recommended.

Odile gave us a warm welcome and took time to show us the main sights in Nantes and the surrounding area. She was helpful throughout and welcoming to our small dog too. The cottage is charming, with a large, peaceful garden. The TER train into Nantes was easy to use, and the station and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
