The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with lovely authentic furnishings, and the apartment had a full kitchen and a bathroom with a huge bathtub. My kids had a great time exploring. The owners were so kind and welcoming, bringing us a fresh breakfast each morning and helping whenever we needed anything. We enjoyed it so much that we wished we could have stayed longer.
We loved the hosts, and the castle itself is huge and really neat to explore. It’s been restored so people can live there, while still keeping its original defensive purpose. A real value.
We were in Beaune for a short stay and got the chance to stop by the Chateau de with our daughter for Hallowen. I’m from Brazil and my husband is from Russia, so we were glad we could all go together. It’s an interesting place with so much history, and the Hallowen event was very well organised. We had a nice time, thanks again! 🎃🧛🏻♀️
The host made us feel welcome, and the village nearby has restaurants, supermarkets and boulangeries. The rooms are large and beautiful, with a rustic feel.
The castle has secrets and mysteries for kids to look for as they explore, which made it especially nice to visit with them.
