The host was so friendly and helpful, giving us tips on local food deals, getting to the station, and where to park. The room and the toilet were a bit cramped for anyone above average size, but it was manageable. I’d happily come back without a second thought.

The host was lovely, and the room was spacious, with breakfast brought right to it. It’s close to shops and restaurants, and Disneyland Paris is a 15-20 minute drive away. You can get into the room at any time, too. Just be aware the bathroom is shared with one other room, though the host handles it with time slots.

We’ve stayed here more than ten times in different combinations, sometimes with my wife and both young kids, sometimes just the two of us, and once with only one child. Every time, the host has been incredibly friendly and done everything he can to make us comfortable. Being here feels like catching up with an old friend after years apart. The house is spotless, there’s a big garden for relaxing or for the kids to play, and our car could be parked safely behind a gate. He’ll help with local information and just about anything else you might need. The location works really well, too. Torcy metro station is nearby and has plenty of parking. Parking there is free, and Disneyland is only three stops away, so you can avoid Disney’s €35 parking fee. The other way takes you to downtown Paris in about 30 minutes. I was shocked and angry to see someone on this site call the place a brothel and claim the staff tried to have sex with her. That’s unfair to a host who puts so much effort into giving guests a great stay. On other platforms he’s a SUPERHOST, with a 9.8 out of 10 from hundreds of reviews. I highly recommend staying here.

Armand, the owner, is such a kind and helpful person, and he brings fresh bread every morning. We felt right at home here. The rooms were cosy and fully equipped, and we had a bathroom and toilet just for our use. Everything was clean and tidy. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the metro station about 5 km away goes to Disneyland or central Paris. One of my best stays ever, I’d absolutely recommend it.
