Charming Apartment - 1br- Saint-tropez

We had five large, heavy suitcases, and the staff quickly carried them from the car all the way to our room at the very top of the hotel. They did it with a smile. The service was second to none, with attentive, fast, polite, and helpful staff.

The Christmas Market was a delightful holiday surprise, and all those thoughtful little touches didn't go unnoticed. The staff, food, room, and amenities made every creature comfort feel luxurious, beyond what I expected. I'll be back…

The location was great, but the stay really didn't feel worth the price. We expected a better room for what we paid. The decor and rooms need updating, as do the beds, and the carpet was very worn and dated.

The food at lunch was really nice, with no complaints there. Paying the bill was another matter. We noticed “Service Compris” on the menu and asked our very inexperienced waitress, who was clearly still training, if that meant service was included. A more experienced waitress immediately stepped in, and we felt bullied into leaving an extra tip. We should probably have ignored her, but things got unpleasant and we didn't want to make a scene. It spoiled the meal a bit.
