The service and food are as perfect as usual, and among the downtown hotels in Saint Tropez this one has the best amenities and service, in my view. The village is tiny but packed with restaurants and shops, so there isn’t much space. Don’t expect the same kind of luxury you’d get at Cheval Blanc in other locations. Getting around is the downside. The location isn’t especially great, and you have to rely on the shuttle to go anywhere. It stops at 1AM, so if you’re out partying later you’ll need an Uber or taxi. In St Tropez, a shuttle should run 24/7.

La Tereza was the highlight for us. We had lunch from a set menu, though there were still choices, and everything was amazing. I had the bursts to start, lobster for the main, and strawberry cake for dessert. The waiters gave next-level service, and the atmosphere felt classy but still warm. The hotel is also in a beautiful spot, with a cute little beach just for guests.

The concierge was top notch, and the food was just as good as the rest of the experience. Our room had breathtaking sea views, and the property itself is stunning. From arrival, the service felt warm, personal, and attentive to every detail. I’ve stayed at many popular luxury hotels in the South of France, and Cheval Blanc St-Tropez still felt like something unique, easily one of the best I’ve experienced in the region. If you're doing SOF, come here. It’s my favorite so far. Highly recommend, and I hope to be back next year!

My friend and I had talked about staying at this hotel next time, but after this service, that’s impossible. We’d parked and asked the barman where we could sit so we could have a drink and something to eat. He showed us to a table and gave us menus. A few minutes later, a waiter told us to leave because they don’t accept people who aren’t hotel guests. His manner was incredibly rude and unacceptable.
