Disgusting. You should be ashamed for refusing to let a child use the toilet, even in an emergency. I know it isn’t a public restroom, but turning a child away like that makes you seem like vultures.

The terrace is cool for hanging out, and the hotel lobby is cool too. The restaurant terrace is a great place to watch the sunset, though the food needs improvement. I wouldn’t stay in the rooms again: they have issues ranging from carpet smell to shower trouble, air conditioning maintenance problems, and noise from other rooms.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was convenient without being too high up. Our standard room was fine, with no frills, and the air conditioning was brand new. We also had free valet parking during our stay. Don't be put off by the missing website or the renovation work still shown on Google Street View, that work is finished now. Magical stay. Book a table at The Tigrr, the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The room and the staff service were both 0/10. Music from the basement restaurant was so loud it went on until 2 am, and I couldn't rest at all. Awful experience. I wouldn't recommend it.

I stopped by the Hotel Ermitage bar for a cocktail. The rooftop terrace gives you a spectacular evening view over Saint-Tropez's bay. Enjoy 🍹🍹🍾🍾
