We had a lovely time. The hotel is a short walk from the city center, and there’s guest parking in a secured gated area behind it. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the staff were polite and helpful with directions and activities. There’s a small bar with local wine, and the restaurant serves French staples and breakfast. Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely rooms.

Sebastian, the hotel director, was warm, friendly, and helpful, and even gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Carl, who we didn’t meet in person, was a big help during and after booking. They made us feel like friends, not customers. We booked Pastis Hotel at very short notice for our Saint Tropez trip and were lucky to get a room. We stayed in room 1, which was spacious and lovely, with balconies looking over the peaceful pool and its beautiful palm trees, plus others with a very close sea view. The bathroom was roomy too, and the stylish, tasteful design and great art throughout the hotel made us feel at home right away. The bed and pillows were really comfortable as well. This first stay happened more by coincidence than by choice, but Pastis Hotel will be our preferred place whenever we come back to Saint Tropez. I’ve travelled a lot, and this is the first time I’ve felt moved to write about a hotel. With love from Istanbul…

The hotel is a five to ten minute walk from the action downtown, so it was easy to get around and escape the madness when we needed to, and avoid traffic. The staff treated us like family. They called taxis, made and changed dining reservations, and gave us good advice for our first visit to st tropez. Service was top notch, with good food and very timely replies. Our room was spacious, with a beautiful view of the water. Two balconies faced the water and another overlooked the pool and courtyard. This small family-owned boutique hotel is amazing. We can’t wait to go back and would definitely recommend it.

The owners were so helpful and kind, and the whole place has a lovely charm. We could park at the hotel and leave the car there, with a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the pier or old city. We had a wonderful stay at Pastis Hotel and hope to return for longer one day.

We loved room number 1, with the sea on one side and the pool on the other, and three balconies in total. The road below does make it a bit noisy at night. I’ve lived in NYC and Toronto, so I’m used to that and didn’t mind, but if noise bothers you, a room by the pool might be quieter.
