The water views are the best in town, and the location is hard to beat. It was clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant, and I recommend everything about it.
8/10
The attached bistrot restaurant is nice, and the staff were lovely and happy to help. This little boutique hotel sits right in the city centre, with amazing bay views from the superior rooms and bar. It's not always easy to get through by phone. Parking takes some figuring out, but you can pull up at the door in the pedestrian zone to unload people and luggage by moving the barrier, then park elsewhere for a reduced price if you ask at the front desk.
8/10
Parking means leaving your car outside the city centre and walking to the hotel with your luggage. It's not a major drawback, but worth knowing. Our room was very hot in August and had no air-conditioning. The place was very clean and quiet, apart from street noise.
8/10
Lovely hotel with nice service, but the room was so dark we couldn't read. Three tiny lamps just weren't enough. People need electric plugs to charge devices in this century.
10/10
We only spent one night here out of season, but were made very welcome. The room was beautiful, with stunning views over the Canal de la Somme and the Seine. It's right in the heart of the old town.
