It was a good stay in a clean, quiet rental in a convenient location, with no unpleasant surprises. The second bedroom is cramped and more suitable for a child than an adult, and the shower is small. The stairs are a bit steep, and it’s a shame there’s no ground-floor toilet. We also had the TV break down, and the door locks are a little difficult and need changing. One thing to plan for is parking, which is paid throughout St Valery and costs €40 for the week.

The owners were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional, and the place was clean, well equipped, and safe for children, with bed rails and stair gates. The bedding was excellent. It’s in a fantastic spot just a few meters from the bay. If I’m not mistaken, the house is missing smoke detectors, which are essential for safety. Also, budget for parking in front of the house, €25 a day or €40 a week. Go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a really pleasant stay, and this is a lovely base for enjoying St. Valery. The house feels genuine and welcoming, with tasteful decor, and the owner was friendly and conscientious. It’s also well placed, close to the Guillaume towers.

We had a lovely time here over New Year’s Eve. The cottage is charming, set in a beautiful village, and the accommodation was practical and well equipped.

The apartment was very nice and had good equipment, and the neighborhood was quiet. Just keep in mind that parking costs money every day.
