Les Galants

The cabin itself could be magical, it’s a lovely and pleasant place. But the lack of cleaning really lets it down. The shared areas are unusable because of the poor hygiene, and the fridge is so filthy I felt sick just opening it. There are cobwebs and dirt everywhere, and nothing outside seems maintained. It feels abandoned. Even arriving is a warning: there’s loud noise, and the parking area is overgrown with brambles and littered with plastic bags from the outhouses. Such a disappointment for a place with this much potential.

We spent three nights being looked after by the owner, who brought us delicious breakfasts quietly so as not to disturb us up in the trees. The massage was wonderful, and our dog got such a warm welcome. It was so peaceful in the natural setting, a lovely chance to disconnect. A magical little break at Nest Under the Stars ✨ in the Galants Forest… though I do wonder where Tinker Bell 🧚 and the woodland elves have gone????? I’d love to do it again 👍

The modern private bathrooms and excellent breakfast made for a really comfortable stay. It was a proper escape into nature, with great customer service. Nothing to complain about, just thank you!

We had everything we needed, and the welcome was really nice. The leaning nest cabin was cozy and charming, a gentle way to reconnect with nature. Just bring a lamp or use your phone’s flash if you’re heading back to the cabin at night, since the forest path isn’t lit. That’s the only downside. Everything else was great, especially the breakfast, which was a real treat first thing in the morning!
