The service was really nice, and the place was basic but good value for the price. The small top floor suited what we needed perfectly. The wood could use a bit more cleaning.

The one upside was being able to walk to both the beach and the town center. We stayed three nights at the beginning of July, during Martinique's quiet season, but the staff still weren't very welcoming. Our room wasn't clean, and the leaves at the bottom of the pool were there when we arrived and still there when we left. Avoid this place!

The bungalow was clean, practical, and fully equipped, and we got such a warm welcome. La Shana sits among flowers in a peaceful spot, with a lovely sandy beach about a 10-minute walk away. The pool at the center of the residence was a real plus. I stayed there last month and found it perfect, especially for the value. I highly recommend it.

The hotel has a peaceful, relaxing feel and is only a few minutes from the beach. The staff were competent, the welcome was excellent, and both the cleanliness and service were impeccable. All that at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend it for any age.
