The spa facilities are incredible, and the staff were absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, fresh, local and organic. There is lots to do on the island, and hiring a bike from the hotel makes it easy to get anywhere on Île-de-Ré. Best spa on the island. 100% recommend.

The views are amazing and the room is pleasant, but the beach is very tidal. Don't count on service by the pool or at the bar, and the umbrellas weren't working either. The restaurant is great if you don't mind eating the same food every day, and the wines are impeccable. We got plenty of arrogant, hostile looks, which seems to be standard treatment for tourists in France. They say you might encounter a manager or acceptable service once every solar eclipse. That would be wonderful.

The spa was really relaxing, with seawater, and breakfast had high-quality products. The hotel is clean, with simple, pleasant decor. The outdoor pool is small and there's no sea view, and dinner took a very long time to come. Still, it was a great experience.

The massage was great and really relaxing, even though most of the spa runs automatically. We also rented bikes, and the location made it easy to enjoy the island. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, dinner was nice, and breakfast was okay with enough choices. Our stay was nice, and with the CE offer I thought the price was good for what we got.

You can walk into town for dinner, and the beach is just steps away for a great run. The breakfast buffet was amazing, too.
