The room was perfectly fine, with a balcony overlooking the port, and the staff at reception were friendly. The location is great too. For the price, this place is hard to beat. I had a perfect stay last week and would recommend it. I’ll be back! J. Schliesing

It’s just a few steps from the harbour, and you can head to the beach straight from your room in a swimsuit, which was very convenient. I stayed two nights. The room was small but fine for me, and I parked my bike nearby for free.

Lovely staff, and the rooms were big and clean. Very nice for a three-star hotel.

We found parking nearby for €10 a day, as there wasn’t any available when we arrived. The hotel also lent us beach towels. It’s right in the centre of Sainte Maxime, directly across from the marina, with a terrace that’s lovely for coffee or breakfast. The bright, spacious rooms are well equipped for a three-star place, though the TV channels are limited. The breakfast buffet was good for the category, and the coffee was lovely. Staff were helpful too. We didn’t eat at the restaurant in the evening, but it looked busy. A lovely little find for a one-night stay, and well worth recommending.

Please replace the chef at the restaurant. The meat was awful and impossible to cut, and somehow the spaghetti was terrible too. Also, tourists shouldn’t be expected to learn French. Never again.
