The reception was excellent, and the hotel stayed fairly quiet despite being in an industrial area. It’s a small place with a pool, and having direct access to it from the room was a real plus. The rooms are clean and quite spacious, though a little dated, and breakfast was decent. Finding the parking entrance was tricky: there’s no sign pointing it out, and the existing one is hard to see from the road.

We really enjoyed our week here. It’s peaceful and a lovely place to unwind, while still being close enough to La Rochelle. The owners were kind and welcoming, and we’d be happy to return. There were a few air conditioning issues, but they weren’t a big deal. The only other little drawback was some dust on the shelves, above the TV, and on the lamps.
