Hotel Restaurant Les Arnelles

The food was fantastic, and the location works well for bike rides, close to the village too. The pre-booking service was great, with a very nice woman at the front desk, but after that things were just average. Staff seemed to have no passion, smiles, or desire to help. The pool isn't really a pool. At best it's waist deep, so there's no real swimming, just a quick refresh. The hotel feels old and only partly refurbished. You can see the newer touches alongside the old ones, especially in the depressing restaurant area, with old furniture and random decor that doesn't fit the theme. Our room was much the same, nothing special, oddly decorated, and noisy because the technical room was next door. It's bad value for money. I definitely won't return or recommend it.

We loved sitting on our terrace in the evening, and the small room we had was cozy and very clean. We spent two nights at Les Arnelles and had an incredible stay. The hotel is beautifully designed and felt very comfortable. Staff were helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations in town. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere, location, surrounding nature, food, and service were all exceptional. Highly recommend staying here and trying the food.

The restaurant's changing three-course dinner was so good that we booked another night there right away. I also really liked that they use lots of organic and local products. We stayed three nights while travelling through the south of France, and the whole area has a really relaxing feel. It's a beautiful boutique-style hotel, with nice rooms that are spacious enough and a pool as a nice extra. The staff deserve a special mention. We don't speak French, but they did everything they could to help us. Thanks, we'll be back!

The people running it are pleasant, and the place is okay, but it certainly isn't high-end. At over 200 euros a night, a small room in what is basically a stable feels way overpriced. There's no privacy or soundproofing, so you hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and there's no fridge. A glass of rosé costs 10 euros too. This isn't Paris or St. Tropez.
