Residence le Mas des Manadiers

There’s a rental with a pool and parking close to the centre, right by a lake where flamingos like to spend the day.

I’m furious and very disappointed. With my vacation only 18 days away, I’ve had to call around everywhere looking for a rental after the manager said he’d rented the apartment to regular guests. I’d called him to reserve it, and he said he’d email me the request. I replied to say I’d be in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer for three days and, if he agreed, I’d bring the documents and payment in person. He accepted and said everything was fine, asking me to call two days before arriving so we could meet and finalize the booking. I did that, and he told me there was no availability anymore. I reminded him that we had an agreement, but he said he couldn’t finalize anything because he was busy and didn’t have his computer. He didn’t even try to find a solution. All he said was, “I forgot to write it down, I made a mistake, I hope you find somewhere else to rent.” I won’t recommend him to anyone. I have to give one star, but reluctantly! 😠😠😠😡😡

The apartment is well equipped and includes access to a swimming pool. It’s quiet and close enough to town for shopping, wandering around the shops and restaurants, or visiting the arena. There’s a great atmosphere.

We had a perfect stay. The accommodation was really well laid out, with air conditioning, a big terrace and all the comforts we needed for a good holiday. The residence was quiet, with a pool, and ideally placed near the village centre and the beach.
