I'm extremely disappointed with how this went. We rented an apartment this summer, and it wasn't clean when we arrived. I took photos and informed the agency. When we left, they then said it wasn't clean and that the sink was clogged. We hadn't cooked there at all, and we left it cleaner than we'd found it. Very disappointing.

Our purchase went through in just a month, and we're very pleased we worked with Stéphanie. She helped us throughout and gave us excellent advice, with impressive knowledge of her field. We highly recommend her.
A complete nightmare. We arrived to find there was no air conditioning, despite it being promised in the rental agreement. It stayed that way for all 15 days, so we had to use a portable unit. The following day there was no hot water. There was no dishes inventory either, and the agency said that was normal. At check-in they handed us the keys and a village map and left us to figure things out ourselves. The manager was very unpleasant and confidently told us, "You can leave, I'll refund you." Two days after we arrived, she offered another apartment in the same building. It was bigger and more expensive. When we refused to pay the difference, she made a goodwill gesture, and we moved. But after eight days we had to move again because she realized that apartment was rented. She offered yet another move for our last week, which we refused. We went back to the first place, still without air conditioning. The kitchen had hardly any dishes, just 3 forks, 3 knives, and 1 saucepan. The clothes rack was broken and unusable, and the four chairs in the iron garden set on the terrace were rusty and unusable too. Nothing seems to get checked. This agency is completely unprofessional, and the manager was unpleasant and overconfident.
They hand you a key and a map, then you're left to manage on your own. There was no inventory. We rented an apartment in Lou Rayas, whose position directly across from the sea was ideal, but inside it was very run-down and still in its original state. A really bad experience with this agency. I'm very disappointed; they seem willing to rent out anything.
