It feels stuck in the 60s, yet the prices are set for 2025. Old-fashioned and worn out. I won't be back.

The owner was incredibly helpful during our one-night stay. I also left my headphones behind, and they got them back to me within 48 hours. Thanks for sorting that out so quickly. We hope to come back.

The food was a mixed bag: the foie gras itself was good, but its accompaniments made it far too sweet, with orange marmalade, ice cream, gingerbread and onion confit. My sirloin was both rare and overcooked, and the frozen fries weren't mentioned on the menu. The pear in red wine for dessert was hard and undercooked, and the wine seemed watered down to broth. The welcome was friendly, though the owner wasn't very stylish. The dining room felt bland, the tablecloths were crooked and badly placed, and we waited quite a while for menus. We didn't enjoy ourselves as we did in Madame Cheval's time. That's it for us, we won't return.

The restaurant was a huge disappointment. Plates were greasy with fingerprints, portions were tiny, and the food was bland and tasteless. The atmosphere didn't help, with drab, outdated decor and waitresses whispering. I didn't try the hotel.
