The place was peaceful and well located, near the thermal baths and the town. There’s a Thursday market, a cinema, and lovely walks through several public gardens. The apartment was clean, though I did spot four spiders on the ceiling, Virginie, look up! The mattress was perfect, but the sofa bed stayed open because it was so hard to close. The kitchen cupboards are too high, so I had to ask someone to bring the dishes down. I’d requested a ground-floor apartment, but there are about ten steps up from the parking lot. Luckily I found a spot on the street across from the residence. The bathtub instead of a shower wasn’t suitable for disabled tenants. Virginie was too aggressive and didn’t seem to understand how to be helpful without shouting. She kept saying she wasn’t there, was in the car, or was driving her husband to work. It always seemed she had something else to do instead of looking after the tenants. She’ll be back for the tip! Mrs. Grison, change your concierge quickly!!!

The residence was quiet, and the pool was a real bonus. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, thanks to Virginie's excellent work. I travel often and have stayed in plenty of holiday rentals, but Résidence de la Source really delighted me. Communication with the service providers went smoothly, so checking myself in was stress-free. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, with everything needed to cook, plus a filter coffee maker, toaster, cleaning supplies, plenty of outlets, bedside lamps, and a lovely terrace. You can tell they’ve paid attention to guests’ comfort. I’ll come back. Thanks for being attentive, flexible, and so welcoming!

It’s a peaceful place with everything needed for a relaxing, restorative stay. From the start, I received a very professional welcome, and the interactions were warm and genuinely good.

The apartment was nice and clean, with the little terrace I wanted, and it was quiet. But everything in the kitchen is stored too high, so I had to ask M-france to bring down the dishes and other things. I was there for my first treatment course in June, and the south-facing place got extremely hot. There’s no air conditioning, so owner, please think about it. It’s a nice place for people coming for treatment, who still pay quite a lot for three weeks.
