The staff were wonderful, from reception to the cleaning lady. They were always kind, helpful, and happy to answer questions. The location also made it easy to get to Chamonix. On Christmas Day they left a surprise at our door, which was such a lovely gesture. My son was extremely happy. It’s an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

We had no complaints. Parking was easy, the hotel was easy to find, and there were lots of places nearby to get food and drinks. The view of the mountains was incredible, we couldn’t stop looking out the windows. Our family room was as expected and worked well for us. The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful. We’d definitely come back if we’re in the area. Thank you.

We got a good deal for the price, and the reception team handled our special request really well. Parking was free too. I’d recommend it.

The mountain view from the room was great. It was fairly comfortable, too.

We stayed last year for a ski holiday. The rooms were clean and tidy, with plenty of parking, and having McDonald’s and Carrefour right next door was handy. Bring a travel kettle, though, since none is provided. The room for three was quite small, with no wardrobe and very little room to hang clothes, especially ski gear. The WiFi was rubbish too, my kids couldn’t connect their Switch.
