Dinner was amazing, especially the Charolais T-bone with fries and green beans. It paired perfectly with Pic-Saint-Loup Classique Bergerie 2016 (vivino: 3.8), and was well worth it. Mrs. Iris Besson was the most professional hotel staff member I’ve ever encountered. The rooms and the area were amazing too. Everything was top-notch.

We picked the hotel because it looked nice and seemed to be on our way, and the address was given as Sallanches. Instead, we ended up far away in the mountains, in a village beyond the other villages we’d decided not to visit because they were off road. The place itself was OK, but it felt overrated and too expensive for what it offers. There isn’t much to do within walking distance.

We held a four-day seminar with Salomon at Le Cerf Amoureux, and everything went perfectly from beginning to end. The seminar room could be adapted to our needs, and the large lounge worked well for small group workshops. The charming rooms had breathtaking views, and the pool and spa/hammam made the stay feel complete. The chalet’s private chef was excellent. Meals and breakfasts were varied, generous, and exquisite. We highly recommend Le Cerf Amoureux!

The hotel is brand-new, beautifully decorated, and in a great location with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc mountain range. The rooms are superb and the staff very welcoming. There’s lots to do here too, including a restaurant, hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, cinema room, and games room. I highly recommend it!
