The rooms felt tight with all the luggage we’d brought, but the staff helped make our ski break enjoyable. Special thanks to Koubilay and the rest of the team. They did their best with English and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location worked well for us. We caught the bus right outside the hotel and got off about 10 minutes from the ski lift in Megeve. 26/12/25-31/12/25

I’d stay here again, though there were some downsides. The Wi-Fi was poor, but I’m not sure the hotel was to blame since it was bad in the supermarket too. There were a few small annoyances: no bathroom wall outlet or toilet brush, and the bedside lights were so close to your head :) We were charged 30 euro for bringing our dog, which didn’t feel worth the money. We’d asked for a ground floor room but got one on the top floor, near the back of the hallway. That was disappointing, especially since the hotel seemed mostly empty during our stay. On the plus side, it was good value. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. The area was quiet and felt safe, with a supermarket, places to eat, and a fuel station nearby. Staff were always friendly when we passed reception and happy to help with things like ice cubes and fresh towels.

There’s a shopping center right next door, which makes the location convenient. The staff were friendly too.

I stayed overnight on 16/5/2022 during my Switzerland tour. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. The room was quite small and not suitable for three people. It also got a little warm in summer.
