Hotel La Casa Nova

The welcome at reception was warm and courteous, but the room and its location didn’t work for a family of two adults and two children. The layout wasn’t well planned, and we spent two days beside a very noisy restaurant. It seems more suitable for people just passing through. Even then, the price is high for what’s offered; we’d be better off at a cheaper Ibis.

We happened to stop in, and were glad we did. Everything was very clean, the food was good, the staff were really friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Keep it up, and have a good day!

We had a wonderful time at the restaurant. The food was excellent, the cooking refined, and the ingredients high quality. Our room was very clean, simple but comfortable, and had air conditioning. The welcome was very pleasant, too. Road traffic was the only downside, though we couldn’t hear it inside the room.

The studio apartment felt brand new after its full renovation: fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioning, bathroom and bedding, everything was impeccable. It was well soundproofed, and the little terrace with a table was a very pleasant spot in the morning and evening. Sandra and Jeremy welcomed us so warmly, the staff were charming, and Paco, their dog, was very friendly 😉. The location is ideal, about 15-20 minutes from everything, including Le Barcarès, Sainte-Marie-de-la-Mer and Rivesaltes. Jeremy recommended two restaurants, and both were incredible culinary experiences. Their own restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, so we couldn’t try it, though it’s very well known in the area. We’ll definitely come back for another road trip in the region.
