8/10
The buffet meals were a real surprise, especially dinner. They focus on good quality rather than piling on endless options, and breakfast and lunch were good too. The pool is a standout, roomy and beautifully laid out, though those abrupt changes in depth caught us off guard. There were locally made biscuits in our room, a thoughtful touch, but the room felt cramped. The rest of the hotel is a bit dated, though adequate. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily come back.
